Key benefits realized by Cognex include:

  • By owning its translation memory with MadCap Lingo and gaining efficiencies with single-sourced content in MadCap Flare, Cognex was able to cut localization costs for its In-Sight product line by 68% in four years.
  • Topic-based authoring, single-source publishing, snippets, variables, and conditions in MadCap Flare helped maximize content re-use and cut the development of new documentation by more than 50%.
  • In the first year after using MadCap Flare to deliver an easy-to-navigate knowledge base that helps users quickly find answers to common problems, Cognex saw a 41% increase in page views over the original knowledge base site.
