By submitting this proposal, I am making a professional commitment to present at the MadWorld 2025 conference. If I become unable to present for any reason, I will contact MadCap Software immediately at madworld@madcapsoftware.com.
If accepted, I understand that MadCap Software will schedule my presentation according to what is best for the attendees. MadCap Software is NOT able to fulfill special scheduling requests.
If accepted, I understand I am required to use MadWorld themed PowerPoint^® slide artwork provided by MadCap Software. Alternative presentation formats may be used with approval from MadCap Software.
If accepted, I understand that MadCap Software may record my presentation (audio or video) to be made available online at a later date for attendees. I understand that MadCap Software will be the sole copyright owner of the recording and can distribute it, along with any supporting materials, for marketing purposes.
If accepted, I will prepare my presentation to the best of my ability and will meet all deadlines required.

Audio/Visual Support:

MadCap Software will provide the following audio/visual equipment:

4K HD LCD projector and screen
Microphone(s) (lapel and hand held)
Podium, table and chair
HDMI and VGA cables
PowerPoint^® templates and artwork
WiFi connection
Laptop (if unable to provide your own)

Q: If selected, what is covered by MadCap Software in terms of hotel, travel and conference registration?

A: MadCap Software will cover your three-day conference pass and hotel stay.

Q: How soon will presenters be notified by the selection committee?

A: Presenters selected will be notified starting in late March. Candidates with submissions not selected will be notified by early April.

Q: What can I do to increase my chances of getting selected?
