Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Marketing to lead and shape our marketing efforts while also contributing directly as an individual contributor in content creation and social media management. This role requires a strategic thinker who is passionate about both high-level marketing leadership and hands-on execution.
As a key member of our leadership team, the Director of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's goals, driving brand awareness, and generating measurable business results.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute optimized nurture programs within the email automation platform and CRM to drive lead engagement across multiple audience segments.
- Create and implement high-impact, multi-touch campaigns aligned with business priorities to enhance lead readiness.
- Define, develop, and integrate campaign strategies across various stages of the lead funnel, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Monitor marketing KPIs, analyze performance data, and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing efforts.
- Prepare and present detailed reports to executive leadership on campaign performance and strategic initiatives.
- Develop high-quality, engaging content such as blog articles, whitepapers, case studies, email campaigns, and multimedia assets to support brand messaging and thought leadership.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and customer advocates to identify and create new content opportunities.
- Partner with external agencies to support the creation of campaign assets when needed.
- Oversee the creation of press releases and case studies to highlight customer success stories.
- Plan, execute, and manage social media strategies across platforms, including LinkedIn and Facebook.
- Create and schedule posts, monitor engagement, and respond to comments and inquiries to build a loyal online community.
- Maintain and update the content calendar to ensure consistent brand presence.
- Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of marketing professionals, fostering collaboration and skill development.
- Work closely with the PR team to develop content and campaigns that amplify customer success stories.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across teams to align marketing initiatives with company objectives.
- Support domestic and international trade shows and other marketing events.
- Build and manage a customer advocacy program, including coordinating testimonials and managing the company’s presence on B2B review websites.
- Work closely with the PR team to develop content and campaigns that amplify customer success stories.
- Conduct and analyze A/B testing to continuously refine and improve campaign performance.
- Manage website content updates and marketing collateral to ensure accuracy and alignment with company branding.Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role, preferably as a Director of Marketing or similar position.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Expertise in digital marketing, content marketing, social media management, and brand strategy.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Familiarity with paid platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn.
- Excellent communication, copywriting, and copy-editing skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience in campaign performance analysis and optimization.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and ability to create optimized content for improved search rankings.
- Experience in software or technology B2B environments; ad agency experience is a plus.

Salary Range: $116,000 - $136,000
