Director, Global Alliances

Position Summary
As a Director of Global Alliances, you will be instrumental in driving MadCap Software’s growth by developing and managing strategic alliances with global partners. You will identify, cultivate, and manage relationships that support revenue generation, enhance product offerings through integrations, and collaborate with sales and services teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes globally.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Global Partner Development: Identify, onboard, and nurture strategic alliances with international technology vendors, resellers, and service providers to achieve mutual growth objectives. Experience with SIs and ISVs.
- Revenue Growth: Drive joint global go-to-market strategies with partners, including co-selling opportunities, lead generation, and sales alignment to exceed revenue targets.
- Product Integrations: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to develop and promote integrations that deliver added value to customers across multiple regions.
- Services Collaboration: Work with global services teams to ensure partner capabilities align with customer implementation and success needs.
- Relationship Management: Serve as the primary liaison for global partners, fostering trust, resolving challenges, and maintaining long-term strategic alliances.
- Performance Analysis: Measure and report on the success of global alliances, including revenue contribution, customer adoption, and integration performance.
- Contract Negotiation: Lead contract discussions with international partners to establish clear terms that align with business goals and maintain compliance.
- Market Insights: Stay informed on global industry trends, competitor alliances, and market opportunities to inform strategy and expand the global partner ecosystem.

Desired Skills and Experience
- 7+ years of demonstrated success in managing global alliances or partnerships within enterprise SaaS sales or a related industry.
- Proven ability to build and execute partnerships that drive revenue growth, product integrations, and service alignment on a global scale.
- Deep understanding of SaaS business models, partner ecosystems, and enterprise sales cycles.
- Strong collaboration skills with global sales, services, and product teams to deliver holistic customer solutions.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills across different cultures and organizational levels.
- Experience managing complex global partner programs and driving measurable results.
- Proficiency with CRM and partner management tools (e.g., Salesforce, PartnerStack).
- Strategic mindset with strong analytical skills to measure and optimize global alliance performance.

Salary Range: $150,000 - $250,000, including commission
