With a rich variety of conference sessions and topics spread out over two conference tracks, having a game plan for which sessions to attend in advance can be helpful. Are you looking for advanced strategies on CSS or jQuery, or tips for your next translation project? What stage are you in your documentation migration? Are you working on a large team, or the sole technical writer in your organization?
Are there two sessions of interest to you being presented at the same time? Good news: at the end of the conference, we’ll provide you with the download links to all presentations along with the session audio recordings, so you can dive into each and every session at any time.
Visit the Technical Support Lounge
One of the more popular features of the conference is the Technical Support Lounge, where you can get one-on-one support with members of our technical support team. Do you have a question about a particular project? Can’t seem to find the right way to implement a new feature? Bring your laptop or use one of our workstations, and any questions you have, and we'll be happy to assist.
You can drop in any time during the main conference or make an appointment that fits your schedule. The lounge also features charging stations for all of your devices, lounge chairs, fresh coffee and water to keep you energized all conference long.
Network with Your Peers and Industry Experts

Explore the Beauty of Prague
The Czech capital may be best known for its Gothic architecture. But it is Prague’s rich history – the political, cultural and economic center of central Europe for centuries – combined with a blossoming food scene that makes it one of the most visited cities in all of Europe.
