With over 16 years of experience in the areas of both technical support and product management, Rob plays a critical role in gaining feedback from our customers to better understand their needs and help improve the quality of our products. Prior to joining MadCap Software, Mr. Hollinger served as Quality Assurance Lead for the RoboHelp product suite at Macromedia, Inc.
