Liv Halom is a technical writer at Veeva Systems, with certifications in Salesforce administration and MadCap software. She is passionate about developing efficient processes and crafting informative, engaging content. In addition to her industry experience, she has co-authored two academic journal publications in usability/UX research: User Experience in Health & Medicine: Building Methods for Patient Experience Design in Multidisciplinary Collaborations, and REDCap Delivery of a Web-Based Intervention for Patients with Voice Disorders. In her free time, she enjoys running, reading, and baking.
