Leigh Hartzman is a content strategist for Waze at Google. She’s responsible for planning, creating and managing all of the documentation for the company’s customer service operation. She has a Bachelor’s degree from York University and has done freelance writing, marketing communications, journalism, personal essay writing and gymnastic coaching. She’s a Canadian expat living in Israel and is a proud mom of 3 boys.
