How to create a table of contents
Open your TOC. The easiest way to do this is to click the Open Master TOC button in the Project toolbar. If you do not see this toolbar, select View>Toolbars>Project.
If you need to add a new TOC file, you can select Project>Add Table of Contents and complete the options in the dialog. After they are added, TOC files are stored in the TOCs folder in the Project Organizer. When creating a new project, Flare provides you with an initial TOC; therefore, you may not need to add one.
