Opening Pictures
You can open a picture that you have added to your project. When you open the picture, it displays in the Image Viewer within Flare.
How to open a picture
- Make sure the Content Explorer is open. By default, the Content Explorer is located on the left side of the interface in an accordion structure with the Project Organizer, unless you have previously moved it and saved the new layout. You may have to click the Content Explorer bar to bring it into view.
- Double-click the Resources folder.
-
Double-click the Images subfolder.
All of your image files are displayed under the Images subfolder.
- Do one of the following:
- Locate and double-click the image file that you want to open.
- Locate and click the image file that you want to open. In the local toolbar, click
.
The picture opens in the Image Viewer.
Note: If you have imported a project that already contained images, Flare keeps the images in the file structure of the source project (as opposed to placing the image files in the Resources folder).
